Yes! Most of our properties welcome pets. We do require breed information for insurance purposes. Please note that we accept dogs only, with a maximum weight limit of 50 pounds. Contact us if you need more information or want to share specific details to evaluate your request

Do I need to bring my own linens?

No need to worry about bringing your own linens. We will provide all sheets and towels. We even provide beach towels!

Is early check-in available?

We make every effort to have our properties ready before your arrival by coordinating with our cleaning team. While we can confirm the property will be ready by noon on your check-in day, let us know your preferred time, and we’ll go the extra mile to make your stay exceptional.

Can I check out late?

Sure! If there’s no early check-in planned for the next guest, we’ll check with our cleaning crew and let you know if it’s possible. Just remember, the sooner you let us know, the better!

Is there any security deposit to book these places?

No security deposit is required! Instead, a $45 administrative fee covers any damage to your personal belongings or the owner's items, up to $1,500.

If we check out earlier than planned after check-in, can we get a refund?

We can't guarantee a refund, but if we're able to book that night for another guest, we'd be happy to provide one. Let us know as soon as possible to increase the chances

Is smoking allowed here?

Smoking isn’t allowed in any of our properties. The cleaning costs to remove the smell from furniture are high, not everyone enjoys it. We certainly don't.

Can I invite friends over for dinner?

Of course! You're welcome to have friends over for dinner as long as they don’t stay overnight. Just keep in mind that quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, and all our houses are equipped with noise decibel detectors. We want to set a great example and keep our neighbors happy!

Is it possible to rent these places for a mid or long-term stay?

Anything’s possible! Feel free to reach out to us via email, text, or phone call so we can discuss the option of a mid or long-term stay. Communication is key, so let us know, we’ll do everything we can to make it happen

I saw there's a charcoal BBQ grill. Do you guys provide firewood too?

Some of our places have a charcoal grill, but firewood isn’t included. Sometimes guests leave leftover firewood, but to be safe, it’s a good idea to bring your own!

We rented Matthew’s cottage for a family reunion. Wanted a space big enough for us all to be together. This space was perfect for two families with kids and one grandma. We enjoyed the outdoor shower and the fenced, private backyard. Everything was clean and we were able to just walk right in and start enjoying our vacation. My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Lobster Trap immensely. We had such a great stay at this beautiful Cape Cod home. It’s tucked into a gorgeous, quiet neighborhood that’s close enough to downtown Chatham to easily explore all the shops, restaurants, and beaches, but still feels peaceful and relaxing. The location was perfect—close enough to Woods Hole for easy day trips to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, while still being tucked away in a quiet, peaceful area. We loved Matthew's place! The location was peaceful and a few short steps from a small pond, most suitable for children. Long Pond is a short drive away if you're looking for something bigger and they do require parking passes if it's before 4pm. We really enjoyed the platforms at the lake you could jump off of and sit on. The space was very spacious for our family and we enjoyed coming back to it to relax at the end of the day. Having two bathrooms was especially convenient, and we really appreciated the outdoor grill, spacious yard, and comfortable lawn chairs. We only wish we'd had more time to use the fire pit and outdoor shower. The location is ideal if you're looking for a quiet, private getaway. Since we hadn't explored this side of town before, it was perfect for us, but we did find ourselves driving about 30 minutes for things we wanted to visit. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book here again.

The location is ideal—on a peaceful, beautiful street with plenty of privacy, yet only a 5-minute drive to Chatham Main Street and about 8 minutes from the beach. It’s also a very pleasant 20–25-minute walk to a lovely coffee shop and a charming French café. Matt’s place was beautifully decorated and fully equipped with all the necessities, plus thoughtful extras like beach gear, kids’ dishware, and children’s books. This is a great house for families - roomy, clean, great gathering areas, outside as well as in. We ate breakfast on the patio every morning and enjoyed dinner with relatives. There were plenty of towels for the nearby beach, and we found some beach toys for the kids. The location in this beautiful little town is ideal. We did have to supply our own tea, sweatners, and cream/milk for coffee, which surprised me a little, and the coffee was only French dark roast (not everyone drinks dark roast). We went to the store anyway for other items, so not a serious problem, but this was unexpected, given the description. Matthew was readily available to talk to about some minor problems, and sent over staff to take a look at things. All in all, this is a great rental for families looking to enjoy the Cape. I would definitely recommend it.

If you get a chance to book this place, take it! The rooms are large, beautiful and well designed. Every little detail is thought out from fully stocked coffee station to the little extras in the bathrooms (dental floss, q-tips). It’s a great space for 2 couples - we were there with our daughter, SIL and their new baby and with the way the rooms were laid out, we never heard the baby crying at night. The apartment is also stocked with games - both indoor and outdoor- beach towels, chairs and even a wagon. Matthew was very responsive- even politely answering my questions that I could have easily gotten the answer to by reading the provided check in instructions. It is a short 15-20 minute walk into town through the beautiful local neighborhoods and 30 minutes to Chatham Bars Inn where we went often for meals/drinks. This is exactly the kind of property you hope to find when booking an Airbnb. It’s one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed, with every amenity you could need for a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were exceptionally clean, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy activities together. What stood out most was the thoughtful layout. Each bedroom and bathroom offered a level of privacy that made it feel almost like two separate units, which was perfect for our group. Phenomenal cottage in a serene, private setting with a view of your own marshland wildlife sanctuary yet easy walk to multiple beaches, vistas, town center. Matthew was awesome to correspond with. The cottage has everything you need. You can walk 20 minutes in 3 directions to a pond beach, river beach, Atlantic Ocean. Also 20 minute walk to town center. Renting bikes at the beginning of your stay might be a great idea Too—then you can zip to dinner in 5 minutes or do an evening ride on quiet streets on the 8 mile Chatham bike loop. We really enjoyed our stay at Matthew's place in Chatham. The home was spacious, well-appointed and private. With the nice weather we may have spent more time in the backyard than inside! There were more than enough space and seating for large or multi-family visits. The beds and bedding were also incredibly comfortable. All needs were anticipated and more. The location was in a lovely neighborhood central to most activities. Although not walkable to Main Street shops, we had no issue getting around and finding parking. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future!

We booked Matthew's listing last minute after finding a fly infestation at our original booking. Instant booking gave us a clean place to stay when options were slim at 9pm, and this listing was easy to find, easy to check-in to, and exactly as pictured -- an unexpected added plus was how incredibly comfortable the beds were (more than one of us saying one of the most comfortable they had slept on). This home ended up being the unexpected perfect location for us to spend a weekend on the Cape. It was a quick drive into Chatham for our wedding plans, offered several options for breakfast, lunch, and delivery, and was a comfortable place to land when we simply wanted a night in. Whether you're looking for an outdoor seating area or a comfy couch, this home has the perfect place to catch up with friends or soak in where you are. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a place in the Harwich or surrounding area and would certainly book again.

Our original place fell through last minute, and we were so incredibly thankful to find this gem! Matthew was an amazing host — so welcoming, responsive, and helpful from the start. The space is brand new with beautiful high-end finishes, perfect coastal decor, and it was truly stocked with everything you could possibly think of. There were so many thoughtful details, from the coffee setup to the bin outside with a beach wagon, chairs, sand toys, and balls. Our kids loved the games in the bunk room, and we really appreciated all the extra blankets, comfortable bedding, massive closets, full-length mirror, and how much space there was overall. Even though it is a lower-level space, it never felt like we were in a basement. We never heard the people above us, and waking up to ocean views from the kitchen window was such a fun surprise! Matt was excellent with very good communication. Overall a wonderful stay but, sadly can't give 5 stars due to some significant safety issues for handicap guests and an older crowd. This was the first time our family used Airbnb to book accommodations, and we were definitely not disappointed! The cottage was super clean, cute, and thoughtfully put together. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal, and the bathroom had everything needed to relax and take a nice hot shower, which made the stay feel extra comfortable and convenient. Even though it rained a lot during our stay, there were board games available for the times we wanted to relax and escape the weather, which was such a nice touch. The location was perfect! The cottage is close to everything while still feeling relaxing and comfortable, only a 5 minute walk to the beach! The host was incredibly helpful with local recommendations, which made the trip even better. We would absolutely stay here again! It was a wonderful getaway weekend in a beautiful home. Matthew is responsive and warm. The house is at the bottom of a hill and took me a minute to find in the dark when I checked in, but it was welcoming and easy. Make sure to turn your car around in the lawn as instructed , or else it is hard to back up the driveway. This was a wonderful stay overall.

Great last minute spot to escape the ice storm in NC! Walkable to the beach with tons of beach gear to use (beach chairs, wagon, toys, etc), a 10 minute drive from the historic district and plenty of restaurants close by. Loved grabbing lunch at Beachcomber off A Street and picking up local goods at the Surf Stop on F Street. Loved that the rental was pet friendly so we could bring our pup. Host was super responsive and helpful considering we booked it for same day check-in. Would absolutely stay again!

This was our second time staying at this lovely home in this idyllic part of Cape Cod. The home is nestled into a beautiful forested area and is very private / quiet, but also not too secluded / isolated. We came back because we felt so welcomed by Matthew on our first visit, and both our kids and us repeatedly said this home was one of the favorites from our trip to the Cape Cod area. The living room with the cozy fire on a cold November night was a highlight of our stay! Waking up every morning to either sun coming through the windows or raindrops on the second floor bedroom’s skylights was truly memorable. This is a fantastic home that is truly a rare find: it was a blessing for us to stay here a second time!

Suggestions: The kitchen needs to be updated and the cabinets need organizing. Not fully stocked with necessary utensils, skillets for cooking a big breakfast. Also would have been nice to have a back deck with outdoor furniture for eating outside or enjoying a cup of coffee. Distance to the water - takes you thru a trail that needs to be widened along a fence and brush. Maybe have the town clip the bushes.

The Glendon Garden house was beautiful! The house was safe with a keypad lock. Directions were clear and thoughtful, and Matthew provided a canva document with instructions and local recommendations. It is a short walk away from the beach and Matthew provided ample amount of towels and beach supplies. There is also a great outdoor shower with soap provided. The house was clean with lots of amenities. Would love to return!

We had a great stay at the Lobster Trap! The house was exactly as described and Matthew was very responsive to all of my questions. The outdoor area is not very private but we very nice and we enjoyed our mornings and evenings sitting in the Adirondack chairs enjoying the weather! Matthew also provided all the beach supplies you need and firewood to have a nice fire. Beds and furniture were all very comfortable and being dog friendly was a HUGE plus. The loft is a great space but the stairs going up are narrow so just make sure you have someone in your party who has good mobility. The half bath has a washer/dryer and that was also a big plus. There is a strange window in that bathroom that leads to the second bedroom hidden by a mirror which was a bit odd but not a deal breaker by any means. You can’t beat the distance to the beach and very easy to walk to local restaurants and bars. Overall, wonderful experience and Matthew was a spectacular host!

Where do we even begin!? We have stayed on the Cape every summer for several years, but this was easily our favorite and most convenient stay. Matthew, an incredible, beyond kind, flexible, and supportive host, has an outstanding home for a young family. In addition to just a stand alone clean, spacious, wonderful unit, the amenities are abundant: beach chairs, a beach wagon, umbrellas, beach toys, washer and dryer units, activities in the basement, fire pit in the back, a travel high chair, and a portable pack and play (just to name a few). Staying here saved us tons of car space, not having to trek everything for our 1 year old to stay comfortably. Location is outstanding. Walking distance from a couple of different beaches, close to restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, coffee shops, so on. We also thoroughly enjoyed the recreation park directly across the street, with a tennis (and pickleball lined) court, a playground, and a walking trail with bunnies galore. Will totally return!
