Frequently Asked Questions

Do you allow pets?
Yes! Most of our properties welcome pets. We do require breed information for insurance purposes. Please note that we accept dogs only, with a maximum weight limit of 50 pounds. Contact us if you need more information or want to share specific details to evaluate your request
Do I need to bring my own linens?
No need to worry about bringing your own linens. We will provide all sheets and towels. We even provide beach towels!
Is early check-in available?
We make every effort to have our properties ready before your arrival by coordinating with our cleaning team. While we can confirm the property will be ready by noon on your check-in day, let us know your preferred time, and we’ll go the extra mile to make your stay exceptional.
Can I check out late?
Sure! If there’s no early check-in planned for the next guest, we’ll check with our cleaning crew and let you know if it’s possible. Just remember, the sooner you let us know, the better!
Who should I reach out to if I need help?
You can reach us at our general phone line: (508) 205-9960 if you need to call us within business hours.
Is there any security deposit to book these places?
No security deposit is required! Instead, a $35 administrative fee covers any damage to your personal belongings or the owner's items, up to $1,500.
If we check out earlier than planned after check-in, can we get a refund?
We can't guarantee a refund, but if we're able to book that night for another guest, we'd be happy to provide one. Let us know as soon as possible to increase the chances
Is smoking allowed here?
Smoking isn’t allowed in any of our properties. The cleaning costs to remove the smell from furniture are high, not everyone enjoys it. We certainly don't.
Can I invite friends over for dinner?
Of course! You're welcome to have friends over for dinner as long as they don’t stay overnight. Just keep in mind that quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, and all our houses are equipped with noise decibel detectors. We want to set a great example and keep our neighbors happy!
Is it possible to rent these places for a mid or long-term stay?
Anything’s possible! Feel free to reach out to us via email, text, or phone call so we can discuss the option of a mid or long-term stay. Communication is key, so let us know, we’ll do everything we can to make it happen
I saw there's a charcoal BBQ grill. Do you guys provide firewood too?
Some of our places have a charcoal grill, but firewood isn’t included. Sometimes guests leave leftover firewood, but to be safe, it’s a good idea to bring your own!

When do you usually send the house info, like the address, Wi-Fi, and check-in details?

We had a really nice stay here. The house was clean, and the host was friendly, flexible, and extremely responsive. We were even greeted with a gift card to a local ice cream shop and a box of chocolates, which was a thoughtful touch. Early check-in and clear checkout communication made everything easy. There were a few areas for improvement. One bedroom had an exterior door that could lock without a key, and the sliding door in the same room wouldn’t open. Our dog was accidentally locked inside, and it happened again before the host removed the lock. The house is older and a bit quirky, the beds sleep a little warm, and parking was briefly confusing since it’s a duplex. The kitchen was missing a few basics, but the host ordered replacements right away. Adding a half bath would also make the space much more functional. Overall, we enjoyed the location, the strong AC, and the pet-friendly setup, and the outdoor shower will be great in summer.

We had a great stay! The home was clean, dog-friendly, and located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood close to several restaurants. Beach access was also very convenient, which made the trip even better. The host was super responsive and friendly throughout our stay. One small note: there is a step right outside the front door that you need to be careful with, as it’s easy to mis step. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. Would definitely stay again!

This was our second time staying at this lovely home in this idyllic part of Cape Cod. The home is nestled into a beautiful forested area and is very private / quiet, but also not too secluded / isolated. We came back because we felt so welcomed by Matthew on our first visit, and both our kids and us repeatedly said this home was one of the favorites from our trip to the Cape Cod area. The living room with the cozy fire on a cold November night was a highlight of our stay! Waking up every morning to either sun coming through the windows or raindrops on the second floor bedroom’s skylights was truly memorable. This is a fantastic home that is truly a rare find: it was a blessing for us to stay here a second time!
